My Account Settings
Personalize your BorderConnect experience, manage themes, configure notifications, and secure your account.
Overview
The My Account Settings page in BorderConnect allows you to manage and customize your personal user experience. From this page, you can adjust the visual theme (including Dark Mode), customize search behaviors, configure email/SMS notifications, and manage security settings like Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
How to Access:
Navigate to the Account menu in the top navigation bar and select My Account Settings.
View Preferences

This section allows you to change the visual theme and layout density of the application.
- Dark Mode: Switches the interface to a dark-colored theme, reducing eye strain in low-light environments.
- BorderConnect Theme: Changes the color scheme of headers and backgrounds. Options include None, Blue, Red, Night, or Minimalist.
- App Spacing: Adjusts the density of information on the screen. Selecting Tight compresses the layout to show more rows of data at once (similar to the classic interface).
- Use Full Card View on Mobile Listings: When enabled, eManifest details sections are fully expanded by default on mobile devices, reducing the need to click to reveal information.
Search Preferences

Customize how search results appear and how data can be cross-referenced between ACE and ACI systems.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Number of Results Per Screen | Sets the number of rows displayed on search pages (25 to 100 results). |
| Show All Search Fields | Reveals all advanced search filters by default, rather than hiding less common fields behind a "Show Advanced" toggle. |
| Search ACE from ACI | Allows you to search and quick-assign shippers/consignees from your ACE history while working on an ACI eManifest. |
| Search ACI from ACE | Allows you to search and quick-assign shippers/consignees from your ACI history while working on an ACE Manifest. |
| Display Shipments on Trip Listings | Automatically expands the shipment details on the main eManifest listing pages, showing associated shipments directly in the list view. |
Notification Preferences

Control which events trigger an email or push notification to your registered contact details.
General Alerts
- Receive Email/Push Notifications: Master toggles to enable or disable alerts to your email or mobile device.
Specific Triggers
- Status Updates: Receive alerts for ACE, ACI, RNS (PARS), and U.S. In-Bond status changes.
- Trip Accept/Cancel: Get notified immediately when CBSA or CBP accepts or cancels a manifest.
- RNS Sequence Low: Alert when your assigned range of PARS stickers is running low.
- Followed Trips: Notifications for specific manifests you have chosen to "Follow".
- File Imports: Confirmation emails when bulk data imports succeed or fail.
- Comments/Rejects: Alerts when a user comments on a trip or if an officer manually rejects a manifest.
