Add Passenger Page

Create and manage reusable profiles for passengers traveling on commercial manifests.

Overview

The Add Passenger Page in BorderConnect is used to create Passenger Profiles for individuals traveling on ACE or ACI eManifests. These profiles store personal details required by customs authorities, allowing users to quickly assign passengers to future manifests without re-entering their information every trip.

How to Reach This Page:

  • From the Manage Data menu by selecting Create Passenger.
  • From the Passenger Search Page by clicking Create Passenger.
  • From the ACE eManifest passenger assignment screen by selecting Create New Passenger.
