Viewing the Passenger Search page

The Passenger Search Page in BorderConnect eManifest software allows users to view, locate, update, and manage Passenger Profiles used on ACE and ACI eManifests. This page acts as the central directory for all passengers entered into your account.

By default, all passengers are displayed when the page loads, making it easy to browse existing profiles or quickly confirm whether a passenger has already been created.

How to Access:

  • From the Manage Data menu by selecting Search Passengers.
  • From the Manage Data menu by selecting Show All Passengers.

Filtering passenger results

This section allows you to quickly locate passengers by entering identifying information such as first name or last name.

Button Function
Create Passenger Opens the Add Passenger Page to create a new profile from scratch.
Search Filters the list based on the criteria entered (e.g., Name).
