How to add trip information on an ACE eManifest in BorderConnect

The Start New ACE eManifest Page is where you create a new U.S. ACE truck manifest in BorderConnect. This page captures the core trip and conveyance information that CBP requires before shipments can be attached and transmitted.

From here, you:

  • Create a unique trip number for CBP
  • Select the U.S. port of arrival
  • Enter estimated border arrival time
  • Assign truck, trailer, and driver (if known)
  • Save the manifest and begin adding shipments
