The eManifest Tracking Feature allows users to receive real-time updates whenever customs responses are received for a specific manifest.

How to Track a Manifest

1 Activate Tracking

Open the ACI or ACE manifest you want to monitor.

  • Hover over the Track button at the top of the page.
  • Select Track eManifest (or "With Note" to add a reminder).

Result: A shortcut link immediately appears under the main menu.

2 Monitor Responses

Click the small [x] beside the manifest link in your top menu bar. This removes it instantly.
