The Search for WP Send Requests Page is the activity log for all in-bond messages transmitted through BorderConnect’s U.S. In-Bond Manager. It provides real-time visibility into every arrival, export, port diversion, and transfer of liability request sent to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Search fields on the Search for WP Send Requests page

This page is especially useful for:

  • Confirming that in-bond messages were successfully transmitted
  • Reviewing CBP responses and timestamps

You can access it by navigating to U.S. In-Bonds and selecting WP Send Request Search.

At the top of the page are shortcuts for sending new in-bond messages directly to CBP.

WP Send Request Search Area

This section allows you to locate any in-bond message sent through BorderConnect.

By default, results display:

  • Requests sent within the past week
  • Filtered by in-bond entry number

Selecting Show All Fields reveals advanced filters including:

  • Master Bill of Lading number
  • Container number
  • House bill number
  • Send request type
  • Transmission status
  • Date ranges

Search Controls

Search
Runs the query using your selected filters and displays matching requests.
Reset
Restores default filters and shows activity from the past week.
Clear
Removes all filters so you can build a new search.

WP Send Request Results

 

Each result represents a single electronic message sent to CBP.

Displayed information includes:

  • In-Bond Entry Number
  • In-Bond Entry Type
  • Request Type (arrival, export, diversion, transfer)
  • Transmission Status
  • Date Sent
  • CBP Response Date
  • User who submitted the request

Click View or the eyeball icon to open the full response details and message history.
