Driver Search Page (ACE and ACI eManifest)

The Driver Search Page is where users can locate, review, update, and manage all Driver Profiles stored in BorderConnect. It serves as the central directory for drivers used across ACE and ACI eManifest workflows.
From this page, you can:
- View all drivers in your account
- Search for specific drivers by name or criteria
- Edit driver information
- Delete outdated or inactive drivers
- Export driver lists to a spreadsheet
To open the page, navigate to:
Manage Data → Search Drivers or Manage Data → Show All Drivers
Page Actions
| Button | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Create Driver | Opens the Add New Driver page to create a new profile |
| Export Drivers (CSV) | Downloads the current search results as a spreadsheet |
Driver Search Filters
The search area allows you to quickly narrow down your driver list.
Common search uses include:
- Finding a driver by first or last name
- Locating drivers by terminal or office
- Verifying if a driver already exists before creating a new profile
By default, the page displays all drivers.
Search Controls

| Search | Applies selected filters and displays matching drivers |
| Reset | Clears filters and reloads all drivers |
| Clear | Empties all fields so new criteria can be entered |
Driver Results List
The results section displays all drivers matching your search criteria.
Each driver row includes quick action links for managing the profile.

| Edit | Allows updates to the driver profile |
| Delete | Permanently removes the driver from BorderConnect |
If many drivers are listed, page navigation arrows appear at the bottom for browsing additional results.
Best Practices
- Search before creating a new driver to avoid duplicates
- Keep driver profiles updated when contact or ID details change
- Remove inactive drivers to keep lists clean and manageable
- Use CSV export for audits or internal records
