Truck Search Page (ACE and ACI eManifest)

The Truck Search Page allows users to view, manage, and maintain all Truck Profiles stored in BorderConnect eManifest software. From this page, users can quickly locate trucks, verify existing information, export fleet data, and update or remove profiles as needed.
You can access the Truck Search Page by opening the Manage Data menu and selecting:
- Search Trucks
- Show All Trucks
By default, the page displays every Truck Profile in your account.
Page Tools
| Button | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Create Truck | Opens the Add Truck Page to create a new Truck Profile |
| Export Trucks (CSV) | Downloads the current search results as a spreadsheet |
Search Section
The Search Section lets you filter Truck Profiles using multiple criteria such as truck number, terminal, VIN, DOT number, or license plate.
By default, all trucks are shown. Adjusting the search fields helps narrow results when managing large fleets.

| Search | Displays trucks that match the entered criteria |
| Reset | Clears all filters and reloads all Truck Profiles |
| Clear | Empties the search fields without running a search |
Common Search Examples
- Find a specific unit by Truck Number
- Locate vehicles by License Plate
- Filter trucks by Terminal or DOT Number
Results Section
The Results Section lists all trucks that match your search. Each Truck Profile includes quick action links for management.

| View | Opens the Truck Details Page to review full truck information |
| Edit | Allows updates to the Truck Profile |
| Delete | Permanently removes the Truck Profile |
If more results exist than can fit on one page, navigation arrows appear at the bottom to browse additional pages.
Best Practices
- Keep Truck Profiles updated to avoid manifest validation errors
- Use the CSV export for fleet audits and reporting
- Search by VIN or DOT number when duplicate truck numbers exist
