The Add Passenger Page in BorderConnect eManifest software is used to create Passenger Profiles for individuals traveling on ACE or ACI eManifests. Passenger Profiles store personal details required by customs authorities and allow users to quickly assign passengers to future manifests without re entering information.
You can access the Add Passenger Page in several ways:
- From the Manage Data menu by selecting Create Passenger
- From the Passenger Search Page by clicking Create Passenger
- From the ACE eManifest passenger assignment screen by selecting Create New Passenger
Page Controls

| Save | Creates the Passenger Profile and opens the Passenger Details Page |
| Cancel | Discards all entered information and returns to the Passenger Search Page |
| Clear | Removes all entered values so new information can be entered |
Add Passenger Information
This section captures the personal details required to identify each passenger for customs reporting.

| Middle Name or Initial | Optional middle name or initial |
| Last Name | Passenger’s legal last name |
| Gender | Selected from the dropdown menu |
| Date of Birth | Entered in mm/dd/yyyy format or selected from the calendar |
| Country of Citizenship | Citizenship shown on the travel document used at the border |
Helpful Tips
- Always match passenger names exactly to travel documents
- For dual citizens, use the citizenship tied to the document being presented
- Double check dates of birth to avoid manifest validation errors
What Happens After Saving
Once saved, the Passenger Profile becomes available for:
- ACE eManifest passenger assignments
- Future manifests without re entering information
- Quick searching and editing from the Passenger Search Page
