Passenger Search Page (ACE and ACI eManifest)

The Passenger Search Page in BorderConnect eManifest software allows users to view, locate, update, and manage Passenger Profiles used on ACE and ACI eManifests. This page acts as the central directory for all passengers entered into your account.
By default, all passengers are displayed when the page loads, making it easy to browse existing profiles or quickly confirm whether a passenger has already been created.
You can access this page from:
- The Manage Data menu by selecting Search Passengers
- The Manage Data menu by selecting Show All Passengers
Page Actions
| Action | What It Does |

| Create Passenger | Opens the Add Passenger Page to create a new Passenger Profile |
| Search | Filters passengers based on entered search criteria |
| Reset | Clears filters and shows all passengers again |
| Clear | Removes all entered search fields for a fresh search |
Searching for Passengers
This section allows you to quickly locate passengers by entering identifying information such as first name or last name.

Common uses include:
- Finding a specific passenger before assigning them to an eManifest
- Verifying whether a passenger profile already exists
- Reviewing passenger details for accuracy
Passenger Results List
After clicking Search, matching Passenger Profiles appear in the results table.

Each passenger row includes management options:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| View | Opens the Passenger Details Page to review full information |
| Edit | Allows updates to passenger name, citizenship, and other fields |
| Delete | Permanently removes the Passenger Profile from the system |
If multiple pages of results appear, use the arrow icons at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
Best Practices
- Search before creating a new passenger to avoid duplicates
- Keep passenger names consistent with travel documents
- Update profiles promptly if information changes
