ACI Shipment Search Page (ACI eManifest)

The ACI Shipment Search Page allows users to quickly locate, track, and manage individual ACI shipments that have been created in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest system.
From this page, you can:
- Find specific shipments by Cargo Control Number
- Review shipment statuses
- Open shipments for editing or verification
- Track shipments attached to active manifests
- Locate unassociated shipments that still need to be attached to a trip
This page is accessed from the ACI eManifests menu by selecting Search ACI Shipments.
When to use this page
Use the ACI Shipment Search Page when you need to:

| Review recent activity | Default view shows shipments from the past week |
| Track shipment progress | See current CBSA status at a glance |
| Attach shipments to a trip | Locate unassociated shipments |
| Edit shipment details | Open the shipment details page directly |
Start a new shipment
At the top of the page, click:
- Start New ACI Shipment
- Opens the Start New ACI Shipment Page where you can create a new shipment from scratch.
Shipment search section
This section provides flexible filters to help narrow down shipment results.
By default:
- Shipments created within the last week are displayed
You can modify the filters to search:
- By Cargo Control Number
- By Shipment Type (PARS, In Bond, CSA, etc.)
- By date ranges
- By port of entry
- By manifest trip number
- Or any combination of available fields

🔖 There is no limit on how far back you can search. Adjust the date range to view historical shipments. |
Search controls
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Search | Runs the query using your selected filters |
| Reset | Restores default one week date range and clears other filters |
| Clear | Removes all entered criteria for a fresh search |
ACI shipment results section
This section displays all shipments that match your search criteria.
Each result row typically includes:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Cargo Control Number | Unique shipment identifier sent to CBSA |
| Current Status | Latest CBSA status response |
| Trip Number | Manifest the shipment is attached to (if any) |
| Actions | View link to open shipment details |
- View
- Opens the ACI Shipment Details Page where you can review, edit, or track the shipment history.
If multiple pages of results appear:
- Use the arrow navigation controls to move between pages
