ACI Shipper/Consignee Search Page (ACI eManifest)
The ACI Shipper/Consignee Search Page is where you manage the address profiles used on ACI shipments in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest system.
These profiles are reused across shipments and help speed up data entry while keeping shipper and consignee information consistent. This page is most commonly used to:
- Correct name or address errors
- Remove duplicate profiles
- Review existing shipper and consignee records
You can access this page from the ACI eManifests menu by selecting Shippers & Consignees.
Main controls

🔖 Most profiles are automatically created while building an ACI shipment. Manual creation is typically used for cleanup, corrections, or bulk setup. |
Creating a new profile
- Click Create New
- Select one of the following:
- Shipper
- Consignee
- Delivery Destination
- Notify Party
- Enter the name and address details
- Click Save
The new profile will immediately become available for use on ACI shipments.
Search section
Use the search filters to quickly locate profiles.
You can search by:
- Profile type
- Company or individual name
- Address fields
- Comments
By default, the page displays all Shipper profiles.

| Search | Runs the search using your selected filters |
| Reset | Returns to default view (all Shippers) |
| Clear | Empties all search fields for a new search |
Results section
The results table displays matching profiles with management options.
Each row includes:
- Profile name and address
- Edit link
- Delete link
Use the arrow controls to move between pages when many results are returned.
Edit
Opens the profile so you can update the name, address, or comments. Saving applies the changes immediately across future shipments.
Delete
Removes the profile from BorderConnect.

Open Shippers & Consignees ↓ Search by name or address ↓ Merge or delete duplicates ↓ Correct any outdated addresses
Best practices

🔖 • Let the system auto-create profiles during shipment entry whenever possible • Periodically review for duplicates • Keep addresses formatted clearly for customs processing • Avoid deleting profiles currently in active use unless correcting errors |
