ACI CSA Importer Search Page (ACI eManifest)

The ACI CSA Importer Search Page allows you to manage the Importer CSA Business Numbers used when creating CSA-type shipments in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest system.

CSA (Customs Self Assessment) shipments require a valid importer Business Number. BorderConnect stores these numbers with friendly names so they can be quickly selected when entering shipments.

This page helps you:

Save frequently used CSA importer Business Numbers
Assign recognizable names to each importer
Correct errors or outdated entries
Remove duplicates

You can access this page from the ACI eManifests menu by selecting CSA Importers.

When should you use this page?

Repeated CSA importers	Quickly select instead of retyping numbers
Typos in Business Numbers	Fix once for all future shipments
Duplicate entries	Clean up your importer list
New CSA customer added	Preload the Business Number

Adding a new CSA importer

Although CSA importers can be added directly while creating shipments, you can also manage them in advance here.

Steps

Click New CSA Importer
Enter:
- CBSA Business Number (format: 999999999RM9999)
- Importer Name (company or reference name)
Click Save

The importer will now appear in selection lists on CSA shipments.

🔖 Using clear company names makes CSA shipments faster and reduces data entry errors.

Search section

Use the search tools to quickly find specific CSA importers.

You can filter by:

Business Number
Importer name

By default, all saved CSA importers are displayed.

Button	Function
Search	Shows matching importers
Reset	Clears filters and shows all entries
Clear	Empties search fields for a new search

Results section

The results list shows each saved CSA importer profile along with management options.

Each entry includes:

Business Number
Importer name
Edit link
Delete link

Use the page arrows to browse multiple result pages if available.

Edit

Select Edit to correct a Business Number or rename an importer. Saving applies the update for all future CSA shipments.

Delete

Select Delete to remove unused or duplicate CSA importer profiles.

🔖 Deleting an importer does not affect previously submitted shipments.

Open CSA Importers
   ↓
Search by name or Business Number
   ↓
Edit the correct entry
   ↓
Delete duplicates or outdated profiles
