A dedicated search tool for locating, tracking, and managing individual ACI shipments.

Overview

Viewing the **ACI Shipment Search** page

The ACI Shipment Search Page allows users to quickly locate, track, and manage individual ACI shipments that have been created in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest system.

From this page, you can:

Find specific shipments by Cargo Control Number.
Review shipment statuses.
Open shipments for editing or verification.
Track shipments attached to active manifests.
Locate "Unassociated Shipments" that still need to be attached to a trip.

How to Access: Navigate to the ACI eManifests menu and select Search ACI Shipments.

When to Use This Page

Task	Why This Page Helps
Find a single shipment	Quickly search by Cargo Control Number (CCN) to find one specific load.
Review recent activity	The default view automatically shows all shipments from the past week.
Track shipment progress	See the current CBSA status (e.g., On File, Released) at a glance.
Attach to a trip	Easily locate unassociated shipments that haven't been assigned to a manifest yet.

Search Controls

This section provides flexible filters to help narrow down shipment results. You can search by Cargo Control Number, Shipment Type (PARS, In-Bond, etc.), Port, or Trip Number.

Button/Action	Function
Start New ACI Shipment	Opens the Start New ACI Shipment Page to create a new record from scratch.
Search	Runs the query using your selected filters.
Reset	Restores the default one-week date range and clears other filters.
Clear	Removes all entered criteria for a fresh, custom search.

Tip: There is no limit on how far back you can search. Adjust the date range to view historical shipments from months or years ago.

ACI Shipment Results

This section displays all shipments that match your search criteria.

Column	What It Shows
Cargo Control Number	The unique shipment identifier sent to CBSA.
Current Status	The latest response from CBSA (e.g., Accepted, Released).
Trip Number	The manifest the shipment is attached to. (If blank, the shipment is Unassociated).
Actions	Click View to open the ACI Shipment Details Page for editing or tracking.

Helpful Tips

Fast Lookup: Use the Cargo Control Number filter for the quickest results.
Date Ranges: Expand the date range if you can't find an older shipment.
Unassociated Shipments: Look for rows with a blank Trip Number to find shipments that need to be attached to a manifest.
Status Accuracy: The Status column always reflects the most recent CBSA response received by the system.
