Send In-Bond Export Message Page

Report the physical export or assured delivery of an entire in-bond shipment.

Overview

The Send In-Bond Export Message Page in BorderConnect’s U.S. In-Bond Manager is used to electronically report when an in-bond shipment has been exported from the United States or delivered to a location where export is assured (such as a seaport, airport, or rail terminal under carrier control).

This process officially concludes the in-bond movement in CBP systems, releasing the carrier from liability.

How to Access:

  • From Menu: Navigate to U.S. In-Bonds and select Export Entire In-Bond.
  • From Report: Click Export Entire In-Bond on the In-Bond Report Details page. (Recommended: This auto-fills key details to prevent errors).
