The '''ACI Shipper/Consignee Search Page''' is a page in BorderConnect [[ACI_eManifest_Software_User_Guide_(CBSA)|ACI eManifest software]] that allows the user to manage the Shipper, Consignee, Delivery Destination, and Notify Party profiles used by ACI Shipments. It is commonly used to remove duplicate profiles, correct name or address errors, review existing records, or export profile data for auditing.

These profiles are usually created automatically while entering an ACI Shipment, which is generally more efficient than creating them manually. The page can be accessed under the '''ACI eManifests''' menu by clicking '''Shippers & Consignees'''.

== Creating A New Profile ==

Most Shipper, Consignee, Delivery Destination, and Notify Party profiles are created while entering an ACI Shipment. Manual creation can still be useful when setting up records in advance or cleaning up profile data.

To create a profile manually:

== Profile Cleanup Tips ==

Use this page to periodically review profile records for duplicate names, outdated addresses, or comments that are no longer useful. Searching by name can help identify duplicate records, such as two profiles for the same company with slightly different spelling. Keeping profile records clean makes shipment entry faster and helps users select the correct party when preparing ACI Shipments.
