ACI eManifest Status Guide

A visual guide to understanding the processing stages of your CBSA eManifests, from Draft to Release.

Overview

Color-Coded Status Bars

In BorderConnect, every ACI eManifest displays a visual status bar that represents its current stage with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Statuses update automatically when:

  • You transmit data to CBSA.
  • CBSA sends a response (Accept/Reject).
  • A broker certifies the release (PARS).
  • The driver arrives at the border.
