The BorderConnect Software User Guide explains the user interface, features, and workflows available in BorderConnect software. It helps users learn how to create profiles, prepare eManifests, manage shipments, and use related BorderConnect tools.
BorderConnect provides web-based ACE and ACI eManifest software, U.S. In-Bond Manager tools, and related cross-border software features for highway carriers. BorderConnect also provides 24/7 technical support for customers.
Start Here
New users should begin by creating reusable profiles for drivers, trucks, trailers, passengers, shippers, consignees, and other common data. These profiles help complete required manifest fields faster and reduce repeated typing when creating ACE and ACI eManifests.
