U.S. In-Bonds Dashboard
The central hub for tracking, querying, and managing U.S. in-bond shipments.
Overview
The U.S. In-Bonds Dashboard is a page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager where users can view all U.S. in-bonds in the system. From this page, users have full visibility of all their most recent in-bond shipments and easy access to all features of the In-Bond Manager.

How to Access:
Navigate to the U.S. In-Bonds menu option and select In-Bond Dashboard.
Sending Status Queries
One of the primary functions of the dashboard is to initiate tracking for in-bonds created by other parties (e.g., brokers).
Send In-Bond Status Query
Located at the top left of the dashboard, just above the advanced search options.
1. Type in your In-Bond Number. 2. Click Send In-Bond Status Query to CBP. 3. In about a minute, CBP will respond, creating an In-Bond Report.
Best Practice: It is recommended that you do this as soon as you are aware of the in-bond number (e.g., when the broker advises it is on file). This ensures the in-bond appears on your dashboard so you can track it throughout its lifecycle.
Search Results & Reports
Below the search options, the dashboard displays a list of In-Bond Reports based on your criteria.
What is an In-Bond Report?
An in-bond report is a summary of everything known about an in-bond on your account. It combines data from:
- In-bond status queries.
- Electronic reports (QP, Arrivals, Exports) you've sent to CBP.
- Updates from ACE eManifests on your account.
Each row shows the in-bond entry number, current status, type, bill of lading number, and the last update date. To view additional details, click the View link or anywhere on the row to open the full details page.
Dashboard Controls
Use the following buttons to manage your view and export data.

| Search | Refreshes the list of in-bonds based on the specific criteria provided in the search fields. |
| Export | Automatically downloads a .csv file containing all information from the current search results. |
| Reset | Resets search criteria to default settings (defaulting "Date Created Between" to the last 30 days). |
| Clear | Removes all data from the search fields, making them blank for a fresh query. |
