In-Bond Status Notifications Search Page
View and track CBP status updates and responses for QP In-Bond shipments created in BorderConnect.
Overview
The In-Bond Status Notifications Search Page is a feature within BorderConnect's U.S. In-Bond Manager that provides full visibility into the status of your QP in-bond shipments.

Users can access this page from the In-Bond Manager menu by selecting In-Bond Status Notifications. It serves as a central log for all CBP responses, allowing you to confirm if an in-bond has been authorized, arrived, or exported.

Search Options
This section allows the user to filter notifications to find specific shipment updates. By default, it displays QP in-bonds created within the last month.
Common Filters:
- Date Range: Filter by "Date Created Between".
- Identifiers: Search by In-Bond Entry Number, Carrier Code/SCAC, or Master Bill Number.
- Location: Filter by FIRMS Code or Port.
Page Actions

| Search | Executes the search. Once the desired options have been entered, clicking this button displays matching results in the list below. |
| Reset | Resets the search options to the default setting (Date Created Between one month ago and today) and clears all other filters. |
| Clear | Clears all search options, setting fields to blank so the user can enter entirely new criteria. |
Search Results

The results section displays the list of notifications matching your search criteria. Each row represents a specific status update from CBP.
Key Data Columns:
- Entry Number: The CBP-assigned number for the in-bond movement (e.g., V44-1234567-8).
- Master Bill Number: The Bill of Lading number associated with the movement.
- Destinations: Displays both the U.S. In-Bond Destination and Foreign Destination.
- Port of Transaction: The port where the update occurred.
- Dates: Includes "Date Processed" and "Action Date".
- Disposition Code: The specific code sent by CBP indicating the status (e.g., arrival, export, authorization).
Viewing Details:
Click the View link on the right side of any result to open the In-Bond Status Notification Details Page, where you can see the raw data and full history of the transaction.
Note: If more than one page of results is displayed, use the arrow icons to navigate through the pages.
