PARS Shipment Search Page
Locate, track, and audit historical RNS shipment data.
Overview
This guide offers instructions on searching BorderConnect's PARS checking software for a particular shipment or group of shipments.
While it is generally easier to find recent active shipments under Newest Shipments, the search feature is essential for pulling up past records or generating lists based on specific criteria (e.g., all shipments that crossed at Sarnia last month).

How to Access:
Select the option Search Shipments under the PARS Shipments menu.
Search Controls
This section allows the user to search using various filters. By default, the search displays shipments from the last month. You can adjust these options to search the entire history of your account.
Common Search Filters:
- Cargo Control Number (PARS): Locate a specific shipment by its unique identifier.
- Date Range: Filter by "Date Created Between" to see activity for a specific period.
- Port/Office: Find all shipments released at a specific border crossing.
- Driver: See all shipments associated with a specific driver profile.
