Passenger Search Page
Locate, review, and manage passenger profiles for ACE and ACI eManifests.
Overview
The Passenger Search Page in BorderConnect eManifest software allows users to view, locate, update, and manage Passenger Profiles used on ACE and ACI eManifests. This page acts as the central directory for all passengers entered into your account.
By default, all passengers are displayed when the page loads, making it easy to browse existing profiles or quickly confirm whether a passenger has already been created.
How to Access:
- From the Manage Data menu by selecting Search Passengers.
- From the Manage Data menu by selecting Show All Passengers.
Search Controls
This section allows you to quickly locate passengers by entering identifying information such as first name or last name.
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Create Passenger | Opens the Add Passenger Page to create a new profile from scratch. |
| Search | Filters the list based on the criteria entered (e.g., Name). |
| Reset | Clears current filters and reloads the full list of all passengers. |
| Clear | Removes all entered search fields so you can type new criteria. |
Passenger Results & Management
After clicking Search, matching Passenger Profiles appear in the results table. Each passenger row includes management options.

| View | Opens the Passenger Details Page to review full information and travel documents. |
| Edit | Opens the edit screen to update passenger name, citizenship, or other fields. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the Passenger Profile from the system. |
Navigation Tip: If multiple pages of results appear, use the arrow icons at the bottom of the table to browse through the list.
Best Practices
- Avoid Duplicates: Always search for a passenger before creating a new profile to prevent duplicate entries.
- Accuracy: Keep passenger names consistent with their official travel documents (Passport, etc.).
- Updates: Update profiles promptly if information changes to ensure manifest compliance.
