Overview

The Search for QP Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party Page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager allows the user to manage the profiles for Shippers, Consignees, and Notify Parties used when entering QP in-bonds.

This page serves as a central address book, allowing you to create, edit, or delete these entities to speed up data entry for future filings.

How to Access:
Navigate to the U.S. In-Bonds menu and select QP Shippers & Consignees.

Creating New Profiles

Adding a new QP shipper

While profiles are often saved automatically while entering a QP in-bond, creating them here in advance allows for easier management.

Create New Button

Hovering over the Create New button displays a dropdown menu to choose between:

• Shipper
• Consignee
• Notify Party

Clicking an option opens the details page where you can enter the Name, Address, City, State/Province, and Postal Code. Clicking Save adds the profile to your database.

Search Controls

This section allows the user to locate specific profiles. By default, it displays all Shippers.

Control	Function
Search By	Toggle between searching for Shippers, Consignees, or Notify Parties.
Show All Fields	Located at the top right of the search box. Enabling this reveals additional search filters like Address, City, State, and Country.
Search Button	Executes the search based on the selected criteria.
Reset Button	Resets the view to the default setting (showing all Shippers).

Results & Management

The results section displays the list of profiles generated by your search. Use the three-dot tooltip menu on the right side of each result to manage them.

Action	Description
Edit	Opens the profile details page. Any changes made here (e.g., fixing a typo in an address) will apply to future filings using this profile.
Delete	Permanently removes the profile from the system.
