Overview

The Company Details main workspace

The Company Details Page in BorderConnect is accessed from the Account menu and allows users to manage key company-level configuration items.

This page is primarily used to maintain:

How to Access: Navigate to the Account menu and select Company Details.

Company & Billing Information

Managing billing details

This section displays the registered company name and billing address.

  • Super Users: Can click Edit Company to update the legal name or address.
  • Normal Users: View this information in read-only mode.

Billing Contacts

Lists the point-of-contact information (Name, Email, Phone) used for BorderConnect invoicing and billing communications.

Managing company terminals

Terminals are used to organize users, drivers, and trucks by location and control time zone behaviors.

Action Function
New Terminal Adds a new terminal to the account. Users are prompted to enter terminal details and save.
View / Edit Review details, including assigned users, or update terminal information.
Delete Removes a terminal.
Note: You cannot delete a terminal if active users, drivers, or trucks are assigned to it.
