The Passenger Details Page can be accessed in the following ways:

This section allows the user to manage the Travel Documents (identification) for the passenger. Currently entered Travel Documents will be listed here, along with options to add, remove or edit.

Travel Documents are only required if the Passenger Profile will be used on ACE eManifests. The user is normally only required to enter one Travel Document for a passenger.

;Add Travel Document Button

:Used to add a Travel Document to the Passenger Profile. Clicking on this button will bring the user to a separate screen where the document number, type, and state/province (for driver's licenses) or country (for all other types) can be entered. Once entered, clicking 'Save' will add the Travel Document and return the user to the Passenger Details Page.
<strong>Requirement:</strong> Travel Documents are only required if the Passenger Profile will be used on <strong>ACE eManifests</strong>. Typically, only one valid WHTI-compliant document (like a Passport) is required.

:Used to edit a Travel Document. Clicking this link will bring the user to a separate screen where the changes can be made. Once finished, clicking 'Save' will update the Travel Document and return the user to the Passenger Details Page.

Passenger Details Page

View and manage passenger profiles, travel documents, and trip history.

Type: Master Data System: General Data

Overview

The Passenger Details Page in BorderConnect is where users can view and edit a Passenger Profile. All information in the profile is displayed here, along with options to add or change identification details.

Viewing the Passenger Details page

How to Access:

Passenger Details

The Passenger Details Section at the top displays general information, including Name, Date of Birth, and Citizenship.

Action Description
Edit Passenger Opens the Edit Passenger Page to update general information.
Delete Permanently removes the Passenger Profile from the system.

Travel Documents

This section allows the user to manage the Travel Documents (identification) for the passenger. Currently entered documents will be listed here.

Requirement: Travel Documents are only required if the Passenger Profile will be used on ACE eManifests. Typically, only one valid WHTI-compliant document (like a Passport) is required.

Document Actions

Button Function
Add Travel Document Opens a screen to enter the Document Number, Type, and Country/State. Clicking Save adds it to the profile.
Edit Opens the document for modification.
Delete Removes the document from the profile.

Trip History

These sections list the manifest history for this passenger, allowing you to quickly navigate to past trips.

  • Latest ACE Trips: Displays recent ACE manifests this passenger was assigned to.
  • Latest ACI Trips: Displays recent ACI manifests this passenger was assigned to.

Click the View link next to any trip to open that specific manifest.
