ACI eManifest Details Page
The central workspace for managing, tracking, and transmitting Canadian ACI manifests.
Overview
The ACI eManifest Details Page is the central hub for managing a manifest in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest software. From this single dashboard, you can build your trip, assign assets, transmit data to CBSA, and monitor real-time status updates.
This page serves as your primary reference for every manifest, allowing you to:
- Review all trip and shipment information.
- Monitor CBSA responses and current status.
- Make edits and corrections.
- Assign trucks, trailers, drivers, and shipments.
- Transmit updates to CBSA.
- Track manifest history and compliance timing.

How to Reach This Page:
- Saving a new ACI eManifest.
- Clicking View from the ACI eManifest Search Page.
- Using the Back to ACI eManifest links found on shipment or equipment pages.
Main Action Buttons

The control bar allows you to manage the manifest's data and documentation.
| Button | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Edit | Modify key trip details such as the Trip Number, Port of Entry, Sublocation, or ETA. |
| Export | Download the eManifest data in JSON format (options available for including history). |
| Generate a PDF Driver’s Copy (Standard or Detailed format). | |
| Fax / Email | Send the Driver’s Copy directly to a driver or dispatcher from the system. |
| Track | Configure email alerts for CBSA responses to flag activity on this specific manifest. |
Manifest Status & History

This section is critical for maintaining compliance and troubleshooting issues.
Details Panel
Displays the current snapshot of the trip: Trip Number, Port, ETA, Sublocation/Warehouse, and the overall Current Status.

- Border Activity: See when the truck arrived at the border.
- Rejects: View detailed error messages from CBSA for corrections.
- Edits: Track all changes made to the manifest.

| Change / Remove | Replace or detach the currently assigned truck. |
| Set Cargo Exemption | Apply special status flags (e.g., Flying Truck, IIT, Mail). |
| Add Seal | Record seal numbers associated with the truck. |
Trailer Assignment

Trailers must be listed if they are physically present on the trip.
- Quick Assign: Fast lookup by unit number or plate.
- Multiple Trailers: Supports pup/double-drop configurations.
- Seals & Exemptions: Manage seals and IIT exemptions specific to the trailer.
Driver & Passenger Section

Note: Driver and passenger information is optional for ACI eManifests and is not transmitted to CBSA. It is used primarily for internal reference and generating driver paperwork.
| Action | Function |
|---|---|
| Quick Assign Driver | Fast lookup by Driver Name or ID. |
| Assign Passenger | Add co-drivers or other passengers. |
Shipment Management

All commercial goods aboard the conveyance must be attached to the manifest.
