The Driver Details Page is the central management screen for an individual Driver Profile in BorderConnect. From this page, users can review driver information, update identification documents, manage PARS sequences, add internal notes, and maintain CSA profile data when applicable.

How to Access:

Driver Details & Validation

The top section displays essential identity information (Name, DOB, Citizenship, Terminal). Crucially, system validation messages appear here to confirm if the profile is valid for use on ACE and ACI eManifests.

Action Description
Edit Driver Opens the Edit Driver Page to update core information like address or license number.
Delete Permanently removes the driver profile from the system.

Travel Documents

Managing travel documents

This area manages the identification documents required for ACE filings. If a driver does not have a FAST Card, the following are required:
