Company Details Section

This section displays the company name and billing address associated with the account.

  • Users logged in as Super User will see an Edit Company button, allowing updates to the company name or address.
  • Users logged in as Normal User will see this information in read-only mode.

Billing Contacts Section

This section displays the billing contact information for the account, including:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This information is used for invoicing and billing communications.

Terminals List

The Terminals List is used by companies that operate from multiple locations.

Terminals help:

  • Organize users, drivers, and trucks by location
  • Control time zone behavior in BorderConnect
  • Support CSA and warehouse workflows

Terminal Actions

New Terminal
Adds a new terminal to the account. Users are prompted to enter terminal details and save.
Export CSA (Flat File)
Generates a CSA flat file of terminal data. Used only by CSA-approved carriers who are not transmitting CSA shipments electronically.
View
Displays terminal details, including assigned users. Use Back to Company to return.
Edit
Allows terminal information to be updated.
Delete
Removes a terminal. This is not permitted if:
  • Users, drivers, or trucks are assigned to the terminal
  • It is the only terminal on the account

Canadian Carrier Codes List

This section manages the list of Canadian Carrier Codes associated with the account.

Carrier codes listed here:

  • Appear in carrier selection for ACI eManifests
  • May only be transmitted once approved by CBSA for use through BorderConnect

Canadian Carrier Code Actions

New Canadian Carrier Code
Adds a new carrier code and carrier name to the account.
RNS Registration
Appears if the carrier code is not registered for PARS Checking. Generates an RNS application for CBSA.
ACI Registration
Appears if the carrier code is not registered for ACI eManifest. Generates an ACI application for CBSA.
Edit
Allows editing of carrier name. If the code has already been used, only the name may be changed.
Delete
Deactivates the carrier code. Deleted codes remain visible but are removed from selection lists.

🔖 Because registration processes can be complex—especially with multiple carrier codes—BorderConnect recommends contacting support at 800-596-5176 for assistance.

SCAC Codes List

This section manages SCAC Codes for use with ACE Manifests.

SCAC codes added here:

Edit
Allows the carrier name to be updated. If the SCAC has been used, only the name may be edited.
