There are many search options available. By default the search will list shipments for the last month so that only the most current shipments are displayed.

;Start New ACE Shipment Button

:Used to begin a new shipment. Clicking on this button will bring the user to the [[Start_New_ACE_Shipment_Page_(ACE_Manifest)|Start New ACE Shipment Page]].


This section of the page allows the user to search for shipments using a number of different options. By default it will display shipments with a Date Created Between one month ago and the present day. By altering the search options though the user can search any shipment ever created on the system, filtering by whatever criteria desired. e.g. the user could search for all shipments of a particular [[Shipment_Types_For_ACE_and_ACI_eManifest|Shipment Type]] last month. Another common use is to simply search for an individual shipment by Shipment Control Number.

This section of the page displays the search results generated by the search options in the ACE Shipment Search Section. Each shipment matching the search will be listed with important details including the Shipment Control Number and the Trip Number of the manifest it is attached to (if any). It will also include a 'View' link to allow the user to bring up that shipment's [[ACE_Shipment_Details_Page_(ACE_Manifest)|ACE Shipment Details Page]] to see further information or to make changes. If more than one page of results is displayed, the arrow icons can be used to view the other pages.

Overview

Viewing the Search For ACE Shipment page

The ACE Shipment Search Page is a dedicated search utility in BorderConnect's ACE Manifest software. It allows users to look up specific ACE Shipments or groups of shipments for tracking purposes or to make necessary changes.

By default, the page lists all shipments created within the last month, ensuring the most current data is displayed immediately. However, robust filtering options allow you to access any shipment ever created in your system.

How to Access: Navigate to the ACE eManifests menu and select Search ACE Shipments.

Search Options & Filters

This section allows users to filter shipments by criteria such as Shipment Control Number (SCN), Shipment Type, Date Range, or Port of Entry.

Button/Action Description
Start New ACE Shipment Redirects the user to the Start New ACE Shipment Page to begin a new record.
Search Executes the search based on the criteria entered. Results will populate in the list below.
Reset Restores default settings (Date Created between 1 month ago and today) and clears specific filters.
Clear Empties all search fields completely, allowing for a fresh custom search.

ACE Shipments List

The bottom section of the page displays the results generated by your search.

  • Shipment Details: Displays key info such as the Shipment Control Number (SCN), Shipment Type, and Status.
  • Associated Trip: If attached to a manifest, the Trip Number will be listed.
  • View Link: Click View to open the ACE Shipment Details Page, where you can see full cargo details, view history, or make edits.
  • Pagination: If more than one page of results is found, use the arrow icons to navigate through the list.
