ACI eManifest Search Page (ACI eManifest)

The ACI eManifest Search Page in BorderConnect’s ACI eManifest software allows users to locate, review, track, and update ACI eManifests that have been created in the system.
This page is commonly used to:
- Monitor manifest status with CBSA
- Find specific trips by Trip Number
- Review attached shipments
- Open manifests to make corrections or updates
By default, the page displays manifests created within the past week to keep recent activity front and center.
You can access this page:
- From the ACI eManifests menu by selecting Search ACI eManifests
- By clicking ACI eManifests on the main top navigation bar
Start New ACI eManifest
- Start New ACI eManifest Button
- Begins a new ACI manifest. Selecting this button opens the Start New ACI eManifest Page where trip details are entered.
ACI eManifest Search Section
This section allows users to filter and locate manifests using a wide range of search criteria.
By default, the system searches for:
- Manifests created within the last 7 days
Users can expand or refine the search to locate any manifest in the system.
Common search examples include:
- A specific Trip Number
- All manifests for a particular driver
- Manifests crossing at a specific port
- Manifests from a previous date range
Search Controls
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Search | Applies the selected filters and displays matching manifests |
| Reset | Returns search fields to the default one week date range and clears other filters |
| Clear | Removes all search values so new criteria can be entered |
ACI eManifest Results Section
Once a search is performed, all matching manifests appear in the results list.
Each manifest entry displays:
- Trip Number
- Current CBSA status
- Attached shipments
- A View link to open the manifest
Selecting View opens the ACI eManifest Details Page where users can:
- Review full manifest information
- Add or edit shipments
- Make corrections
- Sync updates with CBSA
If multiple pages of results are returned, navigation arrows allow you to move between pages.
