The Driver Details Page is the central management screen for an individual Driver Profile in BorderConnect. From this page, users can review driver information, update identification documents, manage PARS sequences, add internal notes, and maintain CSA profile data when applicable.

The Driver Details Page is organized into clearly defined sections:

Section Purpose
Driver Details Core driver identity and validation status
Travel Documents Border identification used for ACE filings
PARS Sequences PARS sticker tracking for CBSA shipments
Comments Internal notes and reminders
CSA Details Owner operator data for CSA transmission

Driver Details Section

This top section displays essential driver information such as:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Citizenship
  • Terminal or office assignment

System messages appear here to confirm whether the driver profile is valid for use on ACE and ACI eManifests.

Action Description
Edit Driver Opens the Edit Driver Page to update core information
Delete Permanently removes the driver profile

Travel Documents Section

 

This area manages the identification documents required for ACE filings when the driver does not use a FAST Card.

Travel documents are required when:

  • The driver will appear on ACE eManifests
  • The driver does not have a FAST ID

Required minimum:

  • One Commercial Driver’s License
  • One additional travel document

PARS Sequences Section

 

This section tracks PARS sticker ranges issued to drivers for CBSA shipments.

Each sequence shows:

  • Carrier code
  • Number range
  • Remaining stickers

This feature is used only with BorderConnect PARS Checking software.

Managing PARS Sequences

Add PARS Sequence Creates a new sticker range
Edit Modifies sequence details
Change Driver Transfers a sequence to another driver
Deactivate Disables a sequence (rarely used)
Delete Permanently removes the sequence

Comments Section

 

Comments provide a simple way to record internal notes about a driver.

Typical uses include:

  • Special instructions
  • Border issues
  • Expiration reminders

CSA Details Section

 

CSA Details are used for transmitting Trade Chain Partner information to CBSA.

This section should only be completed when:

  • The company is approved for CSA transmission
  • The driver is an owner operator

Displayed information includes:

  • Business address
  • CSA profile status

Send CSA Profile Updates Submits add or delete requests to CBSA

  • Keep travel documents current and accurate
