Driver Details Page
The central hub for managing driver profiles, travel documents, and PARS sequences.
Overview
The Driver Details Page is the central management screen for an individual Driver Profile in BorderConnect. From this page, users can review driver information, update identification documents, manage PARS sequences, add internal notes, and maintain CSA profile data when applicable.

How to Access:
- Driver Search Page by clicking View.
- Add New Driver Page immediately after saving a new profile.
- Clicking driver name links within ACE or ACI eManifest pages.
Driver Details & Validation
The top section displays essential identity information (Name, DOB, Citizenship, Terminal). Crucially, system validation messages appear here to confirm if the profile is valid for use on ACE and ACI eManifests.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Edit Driver | Opens the Edit Driver Page to update core information like address or license number. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the driver profile from the system. |
Travel Documents

This area manages the identification documents required for ACE filings. If a driver does not have a FAST Card, the following are required:
- One Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- One additional travel document (e.g., Passport, Permanent Resident Card).
| Action | Function |
|---|---|
| Add Travel Document | Creates a new identification record attached to this driver. |
| Edit / Delete | Update details or remove an expired document. |
PARS Sequences

This section tracks PARS sticker ranges issued to drivers. It shows the carrier code, number range, and remaining sticker count. (Feature used with BorderConnect PARS Checking software).
| Action | Function |
|---|---|
| Add PARS Sequence | Assign a new range of stickers to the driver. |
| Change Driver | Transfer a sequence to another driver (e.g., if stickers are handed off). |
| Edit / Delete | Modify range details or remove the sequence. |
Comments

Comments provide a simple way to record internal notes such as special instructions, border issues, or expiration reminders.
- Add Comment: Creates a new note visible to staff.
- Edit/Delete: Updates or removes existing notes.
CSA Details

Used for transmitting Trade Chain Partner information to CBSA. This section should only be completed when the company is approved for CSA transmission and the driver is an owner-operator.
| Action | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Add CSA Details | Creates a CSA profile (business address, status) for the driver. |
| Send CSA Profile Updates | Submits "Add" or "Delete" requests electronically to CBSA. |
Best Practices
- Keep Documents Current: Ensure travel documents are updated before they expire to avoid ACE rejects.
- Manage PARS: Remove unused or finished PARS sequences to keep the list clean.
- Validation: Always check the top section for validation errors before assigning the driver to a manifest.
- CSA Compliance: Only use the CSA Details section for eligible owner-operators to avoid data errors.
