Driver Search Page
A centralized directory for locating and managing driver profiles across ACE and ACI eManifests.
Overview
The Driver Search Page is where users can locate, review, update, and manage all Driver Profiles stored in BorderConnect. It serves as the central directory for drivers used across ACE and ACI eManifest workflows.
From this page, you can:
- View all drivers in your account.
- Search for specific drivers by name, terminal, or ID.
- Edit driver information or delete outdated profiles.
- Export driver lists to a spreadsheet for auditing.

How to Access: Navigate to Manage Data and select Search Drivers (or Show All Drivers).
Search Controls

The search area allows you to quickly narrow down your driver list. This is useful for verifying if a driver already exists before creating a duplicate profile.
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Create Driver | Opens the Add New Driver page to create a new profile. |
| Search | Applies selected filters (e.g., Name, Terminal) and displays matching drivers. |
| Reset | Clears filters and reloads the default list of all drivers. |
| Clear | Empties all fields so entirely new criteria can be entered. |
| Export Drivers (CSV) | Downloads the current search results as a spreadsheet file. |
Driver Results & Management
The results section displays all drivers matching your search criteria. Each driver row includes quick action links for managing the profile.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View | Opens the Driver Details Page to review information, documents, and sequences. |
| Edit | Opens the edit screen to update the driver's profile data. |
| Delete | Permanently removes the driver from BorderConnect. (Note: Deleted drivers cannot be selected on new manifests). |
Best Practices
- Check First: Always search before creating a new driver to avoid creating duplicate profiles.
- Maintenance: Keep driver profiles updated when contact numbers or ID details change.
- Cleanup: Remove inactive drivers periodically to keep your selection lists clean and manageable.
- Audits: Use the CSV export feature to audit your driver list for compliance or internal records.
