QP In-Bond Search Page
Search, locate, and manage QP In-Bond entries created in the U.S. In-Bond Manager.
Overview

The QP In-Bond Search Page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager is where users can view all QP in-bonds created in the system. It provides full visibility of recent shipments and allows users to locate specific entries for editing or review.

How to Access:
Navigate to the U.S. In-Bonds menu option and select Search QP In-Bonds.
Creating New Entries
To begin a new filing from this page:
Start New QP In-Bond
Clicking this button brings you to the Start New QP In-Bond Page, where you can begin entering details for a new 7512 entry.
Search Controls
This section allows the user to search for QP in-bonds using various criteria. By default, it displays manifests created between one week ago and the present day.
Common Filters:
- Entry Number: Locate a specific in-bond by its 9-digit CBP entry number.
- Date Range: Find all in-bonds created within a specific month or week.
- Port: Filter by Port of Entry or Destination (e.g., all in-bonds destined for Detroit).
- Type: Filter by IT (61), T&E (62), or IE (63).
Action Buttons

| Search | Executes the search based on the entered criteria and updates the results list. |
| Reset | Restores default settings (Date Range = Last 7 Days) and clears other filters. |
| Clear | Empties all search fields to blank, allowing for a completely fresh query. |
QP In-Bond Results

This section displays the list of in-bonds matching your search. Each row provides a snapshot of critical details:
- Entry Number: The unique CBP identifier.
- Current Status: (e.g., On File, Enroute, Arrived, Exported).
- Type: The bond type (IT, T&E, IE).
- Routing: Port of Entry and Destination Port.
- Reference: The associated Bill of Lading Number.
Click the View link next to any result to open the QP In-Bond Details Page, where you can edit the entry, transmit updates to CBP, or print the 7512 form.
Navigation Tip: If your search returns many results, use the arrow icons at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages.
