:(Two Brown Bars) This status indicates that the ACE Manifest has returned an error message back from CBP after either transmitting the initial manifest to CBP or revising information on your manifest and re-syncing the ACE with CBP. In cases like this it's important to determine what the error is and to resolve the issue before re-syncing the ACE Manifest with CBP. Insight on the error or reject message is usually shown in the ACE eManifest History section of the ACE eManifest Details Page.
