QP Shippers and Consignees Search Page (U.S. In-Bond Manager)

The Search for QP Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party Page is a page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager that allows the user to manage QP shippers, consignees, and notify parties used when entering QP in-bonds.
This page acts as an address book for parties used in QP in-bond filings. It can be accessed from the U.S. In-Bonds menu by clicking QP Shippers & Consignees.
Creating New Profiles
Click or hover over Create New to choose whether to create a Shipper, Consignee, or Notify Party. Profiles are often saved automatically while entering a QP in-bond, but they can also be created and maintained from this page.
After selecting the profile type, the user is brought to a separate page where the name and address can be entered. Clicking Save adds the profile and returns the user to the Search for QP Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party Page.
Search Section
The Search section allows the user to search for Shippers, Consignees, and Notify Parties by name. By default, the page displays Shippers.
Use Search By to switch between Shippers, Consignees, and Notify Parties. Enabling Show All Fields at the top right reveals additional search options, including Address, City, State/Province, Country, and Postal Code.

| Search By | Selects whether the search is for Shippers, Consignees, or Notify Parties. |
| Show All Fields | Reveals additional address-based search options. |
| Search | Searches using the entered options and displays matching profiles in the Results section. |
| Reset | Sets the profile type back to Shipper and clears the other search options so all Shippers are displayed. |
| Clear | Clears all search options so new criteria can be entered. |
Results Section
The Results section displays the profiles generated by the search options. Each result includes action links in the three-dot tooltip menu on the right side of the row. If more than one page of results is available, use the arrow icons to move through the additional pages.

| Edit | Opens the selected Shipper, Consignee, or Notify Party profile so the user can update it. Clicking Save updates the profile and returns the user to the Search for QP Shipper/Consignee/Notify Party Page. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected profile from the system. |
