Search Carrier Code Queries Page
Query CBP for carrier code validity and manage SCAC details.
Overview

The Search Carrier Code Queries Page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager allows the user to search for, query, and manage ABI Carrier Codes. This tool is essential for verifying if a specific SCAC is active and valid within CBP's systems.
How to Access:
Navigate to the U.S. In-Bonds menu and select Search Carrier Code Queries.
Sending a New Query

To check the status of a specific carrier code:
Send ABI Carrier Code Query
Clicking the Send ABI Carrier Code Query button opens a separate page where the SCAC/Carrier Code can be entered.
1. Enter the SCAC. 2. Click Send Carrier Code Query to CBP. 3. This transmits the request and returns you to the search page to view the results.
Search Controls
This section allows the user to find previous queries by SCAC/Carrier Code and by Date Sent Between. By default, it displays results from the last week.

| Search | Searches for matching results based on the options entered. |
| Reset | Clears all other search options and resets the criteria to the default settings. |
| Clear | Sets all search options to blank so new criteria can be entered. |
Query Results & Details

The results section displays the list of queries generated by your search. Use the View link (or eyeball icon) on the right side of any result to open the ABI Carrier Code Query Details Page.
This details page provides specific information returned by CBP, including:
- Carrier Code: The SCAC being queried.
- Status: Whether the code is active or inactive.
- Mode of Transportation: (e.g., Truck, Air, Rail).
- Address: The registered address for the carrier code.
- Response Date: When CBP responded to the query.
