In cases like this it's important to determine what the error is and to resolve the issue before re-syncing the ACI eManifest with CBSA. It indicates that the Cargo Control Number on the ACI eManifest also has a linked message in the Release Notification System (RNS). If this response is received it's recommended to send a Status Query for the PARS shipment as it may have a Declaration Accept Message in RNS.
