ACI CSA Importer Search Page (ACI eManifest)

The ACI CSA Importer Search Page is a page in BorderConnect ACI eManifest software used to manage Business Numbers for CSA shipments. These Business Numbers are used on the Start New ACI Shipment Page.
This page lets users assign names to Business Numbers so they are easier to select for CSA shipments. It can also be used to correct or remove Business Numbers.
The page can be accessed from the ACI eManifests menu by clicking CSA Importers.
New CSA Importer
The New CSA Importer button adds a new Business Number to the saved CSA Importer list.
Clicking the button opens a separate page where the following values can be entered:

| Importer CBSA Business Number | The CSA importer Business Number used when creating CSA shipments. |
| Name | A recognizable name for the Business Number so users can select it more easily when preparing shipments. |
After the values are entered, click Save to add the Business Number and return to the ACI CSA Importer Search Page.
Search Section
The search section lets users search for Business Numbers by number and name. By default, the page displays all Business Numbers.
| Button | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Search | Searches using the current options and displays matching Business Numbers in the Results section. |
| Reset | Clears the search options and displays all Business Numbers. |
| Clear | Sets all search options to blank so the user can enter a new search. |
Results Section
The Results section displays Business Numbers that match the search options. Each result includes links to edit or delete the Business Number. If more than one page of results is displayed, use the arrow icons to move between pages.

| Edit | Opens a separate page where the Business Number or name can be corrected. Clicking Save updates the Business Number and returns to the ACI CSA Importer Search Page. |
| Delete | Removes the Business Number from the system. This is useful for duplicate entries or Business Numbers that should no longer appear in the saved list. |
Maintenance Tips
- Use clear names that dispatchers can recognize when selecting CSA importers.
- Use Edit to correct a name or Business Number that should remain available.
- Use Delete to remove duplicate or outdated entries.
- Periodically review the list if users report difficulty finding the correct CSA importer.
