The In-Bond Status Notifications Search Page is a page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager where the user can view all U.S. in-bond notifications and updates if QP in-bond shipments were created in BorderConnect. It can be accessed from the In-Bond Manager menu option by selecting 'In-Bond Status Notifications'. From this page, users have full visibility of all of their most recent responses of QP in-bond shipments. In-Bond Status Notification Search Options
This section of the page allows the user to search for QP in-bond notifications using a number of different options. By default it will display QP in-bonds with a Date Created Between one month ago and the present day. By altering the search options though the user can search any QP in-bond notification if the QP in-bond was created in BorderConnect's U.S. In-Bond Manager, filtering by whatever criteria desired. (e.g. the user could search for all notifications for a specific in-bond entry number, by a specific Carrier Code/SCAC, or even filtering by FIRMS code.
- Search Button
- Used to search for QP in-bond notifications. Once the desired search options have been entered, clicking on this button will search for matching results and display them in the In-Bond Status Notification Search Results below.
- Reset Button
- Used to reset the search options to the default setting. Clicking on this button will set the Date Created Between back to one month ago and the present day, and will clear all other search options. The QP in-bond notifications created within the last month will then be displayed in the In-Bond Status Notification Search Results below.
- Clear Button
- Used to clear all search options. Clicking on this button will set all search options to blank so the user can enter new search options instead.
In-Bond Status Notification Search Results Section
This section of the page displays the search results generated by the search options in the In-Bond Status Notification Search Section. Each QP in-bond notification matching the search will be listed with important details including the Entry Number, Master Bill Number, U.S. In-Bond Destination, Foreign In-Bond Destination, Port of Transaction, Date Processed, Action Date, and Disposition Code. Each result will also include a 'View' link on the right side of the result to allow the user to bring up the In-Bond Status Notification Details Page to see more detailed information. If more than one page of results is displayed, the arrow icons can be used to view the other pages.
