Viewing the Passenger Search page

The Passenger Search Page is a page in BorderConnect eManifest software where the user can look up Passenger Profiles. It allows the user to confirm which passengers are already in the system and view, update, or delete existing profiles.

By default, the page displays all passengers. It can be accessed from the Manage Data menu by clicking Search Passengers or Show All Passengers.

Search Section

The Search section allows the user to search for passengers using the available search fields. By default, it displays all passengers. Entering search criteria, such as first name or last name, narrows the results to matching profiles.

Button Description
Create Passenger Opens the Add Passenger Page so the user can create a new Passenger Profile.
Search Searches for passengers that match the entered search criteria and displays them in the Results section.
Reset Clears the current search criteria and displays all passengers.
Clear Clears the search fields so new criteria can be entered.

Results Section

The Results section displays the Passenger Profiles that match the current search. Each listed passenger includes options to view, edit, or delete the profile. If more than one page of results is available, use the arrow icons to move through the additional pages.

Link Description
View Opens the Passenger Details Page so the user can review the passenger profile, travel documents, and recent trip history.
Edit Opens the Edit Passenger Page so the user can update the Passenger Profile.
Delete Removes the Passenger Profile from the system.

Profile Management Tips

  • Search for an existing passenger before creating a new profile to help avoid duplicate entries.
  • Keep passenger names and document information consistent with the travel documents that will be used at the border.
  • Update Passenger Profiles when information changes so future ACE and ACI eManifests use current passenger details.
