Trailer Search Page (ACE and ACI eManifest)

The Trailer Search Page in BorderConnect eManifest software is where the user can look up trailer profiles. It allows the user to verify which trailers are in the system and update or delete existing profiles.
By default, the search displays all trailers. The Trailer Search Page can be opened from the Manage Data menu by clicking Search Trailers or Show All Trailers.
Page Actions
- Create Trailer Button
- Creates a new trailer profile. Clicking this button brings the user to the Add Trailer Page.
- Export Trailers (CSV) Button
- Exports the current search results to a spreadsheet in CSV format.
Search Section
This section allows the user to search for trailers using a number of different search options. By default, it displays all trailers. By changing the search options, the user can search for specific trailers by the desired criteria. A common use is to search for an individual trailer by trailer number or license plate.
- Search Button
- Searches for trailers using the entered search options. Matching results are displayed in the Results Section below.
- Reset Button
- Resets the search options to the default setting. Clicking this button clears all search fields and displays all trailers in the Results Section below.
- Clear Button
- Clears all search options. Clicking this button sets all search options to blank so the user can enter new search options.
Results Section
This section displays the search results generated by the Search Section. Each matching trailer is listed with View, Edit, and Delete links. If more than one page of results is displayed, the arrow icons can be used to view the other pages.
- View
- Opens the Trailer Details Page for the trailer profile.
- Edit
- Opens the Edit Trailer Page to update the trailer profile.
- Delete
- Removes a trailer profile from the system.
