Truck Search Page (ACE and ACI eManifest)

The Truck Search Page is a page in BorderConnect eManifest software where the user can look up truck profiles. It allows the user to verify which trucks are in the system and update or delete existing profiles.
By default, the search displays all trucks. The Truck Search Page can be opened from the Manage Data menu by clicking Search Trucks or Show All Trucks.
Page Actions
- Create Truck Button
- Creates a new truck profile. Clicking this button brings the user to the Add Truck Page.
- Export Trucks (CSV) Button
- Exports the current search results to a spreadsheet in CSV format.
Search Section
This section allows the user to search for trucks using a number of different search options. By default, it displays all trucks. By changing the search options, the user can search for specific trucks by the desired criteria. A common use is to search for an individual truck by truck number or license plate.
- Search Button
- Searches for trucks using the entered search options. Matching results are displayed in the Results Section below.
- Reset Button
- Resets the search options to the default setting. Clicking this button clears all search fields and displays all trucks in the Results Section below.
- Clear Button
- Clears all search options. Clicking this button sets all search options to blank so the user can enter new search options.
Results Section
This section displays the search results generated by the Search Section. Each matching truck is listed with View, Edit, and Delete links. If more than one page of results is displayed, the arrow icons can be used to view the other pages.
- View
- Opens the Truck Details Page for the truck profile.
- Edit
- Opens the Edit Truck Page to update the truck profile.
- Delete
- Removes a truck profile from the system.
