ACI Shipment Search Page (ACI eManifest)
| This article is part of the BorderConnect Software User Guide |

The ACI Shipment Search Page is a page in BorderConnect ACI eManifest software where users can look up individual ACI Shipments or groups of shipments for tracking, review, or correction.
By default, the page displays shipments created within the last week so recent shipments are shown first. Users can change the search options to find older shipments or filter by specific shipment details.
The ACI Shipment Search Page can be accessed from the ACI eManifests menu by clicking Search ACI Shipments.
Search Options
The search section lets users filter ACI Shipments by criteria such as Cargo Control Number, Shipment Type, port, Trip Number, or date range. Common workflows include searching for one shipment by Cargo Control Number, all shipments of a specific Shipment Type, or shipments that crossed at a specific port such as Sarnia.
| Button or action | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Start New ACI Shipment | Opens the Start New ACI Shipment Page to begin a new shipment. |
| Search | Searches using the current filter values and displays matching shipments in the ACI Shipments Results section. |
| Reset | Restores the default search settings. The Date Created Between fields return to one week ago through the present day, other search options are cleared, and recent shipments are displayed again. |
| Clear | Clears all search options so the user can enter a new custom search. |
ACI Shipments Results Section
The ACI Shipments Results section displays the results generated by the search options. Each matching shipment is listed with important details such as Cargo Control Number, Current Status, and the Trip Number of the manifest it is attached to, if any.
Use the View link on a result to open that shipment's ACI Shipment Details Page for full information, history, and available changes.
If the search returns more than one page of results, use the arrow icons to move between result pages.
Unassociated shipments may appear without a Trip Number. These are shipments that have been created but are not currently attached to an ACI eManifest.
