Search In-Bond Status Queries Page (U.S. In-Bond Manager)

The Search In-Bond Status Queries Page is a page in BorderConnect U.S. In-Bond Manager where users can view CBP responses for in-bond status queries transmitted from BorderConnect.
It can be accessed from the U.S. In-Bonds menu by selecting Search In-Bond Status Queries. The page is commonly used to review recent CBP responses, locate a previous status query, or gather the query history for a specific in-bond shipment over time. Sending New Status Queries
The buttons above the search options allow users to send a new status query from the search page.
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Send In-Bond Status Query | Opens the Send In-Bond Status Query Page, where the user can enter an in-bond number and send the status query to CBP. CBP normally responds shortly after transmission with an in-bond report or updated status. |
| Query Bill of Lading | Sends a Bill of Lading based status query for an in-bond shipment. |
| Query Air Waybill | Sends an Air Waybill based status query for an in-bond shipment. The user can enter the Air Waybill Number and, when applicable, a House Air Waybill Number. |
Search Section
The Search section allows the user to search for in-bond status queries by in-bond entry number or by the date range when the query was sent. By default, the page displays status queries with a Date Sent Between range from one week ago to the present day.
By changing the search options, users can search for any in-bond status query stored in BorderConnect. Common searches include all queries for a specific in-bond number, all queries sent during a particular date range, or the complete query history for a shipment's lifecycle.

| Search | Searches using the entered options and displays matching results in the In-Bond Status Query List section. |
| Reset | Clears the other search options and resets the date range to the default setting of one week ago through the present day. |
| Clear | Clears all search options so new criteria can be entered. |
In-Bond Status Query List Section
The In-Bond Status Query List section displays the results generated by the search options. Each result includes key details such as the send date, response date, query number, status, and the user who sent the status query.
Use the View link to open the In-Bond Status Query Details Page for more information about a specific CBP response. If more than one page of results is available, use the arrow icons to move through the additional pages.
