The central hub for managing company settings, carrier codes, terminals, and usage history.

Overview

The Company Details main workspace

The Company Details Page in BorderConnect is accessed from the Account menu and allows users to manage key company-level configuration items.

This page is primarily used to maintain:

• Company and billing information.
• Terminals and time zone settings.
• Canadian Carrier Codes and U.S. SCAC Codes.
• Warehouse Sub Location Codes.
• Historical shipment usage for billing and auditing.

How to Access: Navigate to the Account menu and select Company Details.

Company & Billing Information

Managing billing details

This section displays the registered company name and billing address.

• Super Users: Can click Edit Company to update the legal name or address.
• Normal Users: View this information in read-only mode.

Billing Contacts

Lists the point-of-contact information (Name, Email, Phone) used for BorderConnect invoicing and billing communications.

Terminals Management

Managing company terminals

Terminals are used to organize users, drivers, and trucks by location and control time zone behaviors.

Action	Function
New Terminal	Adds a new terminal to the account. Users are prompted to enter terminal details and save.
View / Edit	Review details, including assigned users, or update terminal information.
Delete	Removes a terminal. Note: You cannot delete a terminal if active users, drivers, or trucks are assigned to it.
Export CSA	Generates a CSA flat file (for CSA-approved carriers not using EDI).

Carrier Codes & SCACs

Canadian Carrier Codes

Managing Canadian Carrier Codes

Controls which codes appear on ACI eManifests. Codes listed here must be approved by CBSA for use through BorderConnect.

Action	Function
New Canadian Carrier Code	Adds a new carrier code and carrier name to the account.
RNS / ACI Registration	Generates application forms for CBSA if the code is not yet registered for PARS or ACI.
Delete	Deactivates the code, removing it from selection lists on manifests.

Support Tip: Registration processes can be complex. We recommend contacting BorderConnect Support at 800-596-5176 for assistance with adding new codes.

SCAC Codes (USA)

Managing SCAC Codes

Controls SCAC codes for ACE Manifests. These are available for transmission immediately after adding.

• New SCAC Code: Adds a new SCAC and carrier name.
• Deactivate: Removes the SCAC from active selection lists.

Sub Locations (Warehouses)

Managing Sub Locations

This section manages Sub Location Codes used when sending RNS Arrival Requests to CBSA for sufferance warehouses.

Action	Function
New Sub Location	Adds a new warehouse sub location code to the account.
RNS Registration	Generates an RNS application if the code is not yet registered.
Delete	Removes the sub location code from the account.

Shipment Histories

Viewing usage history

The Shipment Histories section provides a consolidated view of how the account uses BorderConnect services, including usage of eManifests and Fax services.

This data is used for:

• Internal usage tracking.
• Monthly invoicing calculations.
• Auditing shipment volumes by product type.
